General enquiries
We are unable to provide support to anyone experiencing domestic violence or other forms of violence against women through our general enquiries channels. Please direct all support calls to the Helpline (as detailed above).
Our general phone line receives a great number of enquiries. Before calling us, please review the options on the Refuge Contact Us page in case your query can be better supported through one of these avenues. If your query cannot be resolved through any of the above channels please call us on 020 7395 7700 (available Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm).
Fundraising and donations
If you would like to raise funds for Refuge we would love to hear from you. Please contact the Fundraising team at fundraising@refuge.org.uk and visit our Get Involved section for ideas.
